You are what you think, so no negative thoughts or you are bound to fail. Believe in yourself, say you will be where you want to be, and you will find the way to do it.

Speaking in Tongues

I am a Born Again Christian and although this has nothing to do with my business, I just felt I had to share it with anyone who was interested. I am posting it on all my blogs.

Last week at cell group the topic ended on speaking in tongues. I am the only one who had not spoken in tongues so I was given a few pointers on how to do this. I know God has given the gift to all his children but I have close rapor with God I did not worry that I couldn't. I had tried a few times since I became Born Again but did not worry that it never happened.

For the past week I have been praying hard, trying hard and reading a lot of scriptures particularly Acts chapter 1. I led the cell group this week and we are doing a session on The Holy Spirit and this weeks topic was Works of the Holy Spirit. While going through Bible scriptures to lead this, I thought it was very appropriate that I should get this topic to lead. God spoke to me at church on Sunday and said everyone should pray in faith, ask and you shall receive. and the final topic was speaking in tongues and if anyone wanted to be prayed for on the subject to go forward. Well I did, but still came away not able to speak in tongues.

At our cell group meeting on Tuesday, I was given the advice to stop thinking about speaking in tongues and to concentrate on praising God.

Alleluiah! I was on my way to work this morning, singing and praising God to the accompaniment of cd's when I starting speaking in tongues! Glory be to God. Ask and you shall receive.
I am so pleased I am like a school kid going on holiday. Now, I feel I can get closer to God when I take my son to a Healing Service at our Church on the 18th May. It is very encouraging and makes me say, "When" my son gets healed, not "If"......

Everything moves too fast for Me! Prosperizer Changes

Well, would you believe it? I have been in Prosperizer for 3 months and only just set up my residual income site a couple of days ago, and they have changed the program. I am glad they are keeping the RIS though after I have put so much effort into it. I will spend time tomorrow going through the new site and see where I have to make changes to accommodate. I will report on my findings as soon as I have checked it out.

The Prosperizer Team have stopped using their site to promote e-lottery, uvme and GDI. These are still great programs and I am only promoting e-lottery, so will continue to do so.

"An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-contractor of his plans to leave the housebuilding business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family. He would miss the pay but he needed to retire. They could get by.
"The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked him if he would build just one more house as a personal favour. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.
"When the carpenter finished his work the employer came to inspect the house. He handed the front-door key to the carpenter. "This is your house," he said, "my gift to you."
"The carpenter was shocked! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently.
"So it is with us. We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. Then with a shock we realize we have to live in the house we have built. If we could do it over, we'd do it much differently. But we cannot go back."

Apologies for TopItAll Crafts website Problems

I am sending a big apology to all who have tried to access my online craft shop lately. I am not a website guru and although learning new stuff all the time, I do depend on my web host, Paul, from Hosting Duo to sort out my problems, but there had been a bit of a communication problem and so Paul never got my message. Thankfully, he is back, and the problem was sorted within half an hour!

I tried everything that I was capable of, and although I sorted the 404 not found page from appearing, I still had the problem of a big red banner at the top of my site, telling me what to do. Unfortunately, one look at the page suggested, sent me running back, quite quickly, to my home page without making any changes. I don't know how Paul does it, but then, if I were to ask him to ask him to set up a Cisco router, I bet he wouldn't know where to start! Yet I could do that, quite easily, because that is what I have been trained in when I was working for the County Council. Everyone to his own, I say, which is why I leave the website back office stuff to Paul. I add the content after making or buying it, and I am quite content to do just that.

I must admit, that I have been neglecting my craft website while I have been setting up my marketing website, e-books and relevant splash pages, etc. When all is in place I will be able to look after both sites comfortably, but until then, expect work to be slow on my craft site. So, sincere apologies to all who have accessed my site lately and been confronted with the red banner!
